Per ultimo unite il burro a pomata un po' alla volta facendolo assorbire all'impasto.</div><div style="text-align: left;">Lavorate l'impasto per una decina di minuti e poi lasciatelo lievitare fino al raddoppio coperto da pellicola trasparente. </div><div style="text-align: left;"><b>Non vi preoccupate se l'impasto sembra un po' appiccicoso dopo la lievitazione sarà perfetto e potrete lavorarlo senza aggiungere farina.</b></div><div style="text-align: left;">Dopo la lievitazione stendete l'impasto in tondo, ritagliate gli spicchi e formate i cornetti, sistemateli su una griglia coperta da cartaforno.</div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both;
